Amanda is a graduate from the University of Alberta, and has a keen interest in treating both pediatric and adult populations. From athletes to everyday warriors and everything in between, Amanda is committed to providing the best physical therapy possible. She is also an avid equestrian rider, giving her a unique athletic background.
Amanda is also passionate about helping post-partum women (regardless of how long ago you had your baby) get back to feeling like themselves again. She has a special interest in helping women who have had a c-section, are suffering from diastasis recti and/or are interested in returning to activity/sport post-partum.

Amanda is a busy mom of two young children (aged 1.5 and 4), but she still is a competitive equestrian athlete herself. She loves CrossFit and strength trains regularly. She calls herself the cookie monster because she cannot resist a good cookie, and is the resident country music enthusiast!

This 45-minute follow-up appointment builds on the initial paediatric pelvic assessment. Sessions focus on progressing your child’s care plan through bladder and bowel retraining, pelvic floor coordination, education, and caregiver coaching. For children already seen for a pelvic assessment with Tia.
This 60-minute session is designed for children experiencing bedwetting, daytime incontinence, constipation, or other toileting challenges. It includes a detailed history with caregivers and a gentle, child-appropriate physical exam (no internal exam). Your physiotherapist will provide education and outline a clear plan for care. Your provider also has experience supporting children with neurological conditions such as spina bifida.
This one-hour session is for individuals of all genders seeking care for pelvic health concerns. Common reasons include but are not limited to prenatal care and birth preparation, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and sexual dysfunction. Your physiotherapist will complete a thorough history and an exam, followed by education and a personalized treatment plan. Recommended for new clients or those presenting with a new concern
This one-hour follow-up appointment is for clients who have already completed a pelvic health assessment with Tia. Each session may include hands-on treatment, exercise progressions, education, and strategies to support pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and long-term pelvic health.
