I have a Doctor of Physical Therapy and have successfully completed my pelvic floor physiotherapy education at the highest level. I am a strong advocate for women’s health throughout all life’s stages and want to ensure you feel seen, heard and validated.

THIS IS A PHONE CALL MEET AND GREET - NOT AN INPERSON APPOINTMENT. This is a time to meet with your physiotherapist to discuss if virtual or in-person appointments are right for you. This will also give you the chance to ask any questions you have regarding pelvic floor physiotherapy. Please note that no medical advice will be given during this call.
Pediatric pelvic floor physiotherapy focuses on helping children develop healthy bladder and bowel habits by improving the function of the pelvic floor muscles. It is a gentle, non-invasive approach used to treat issues such as constipation, urinary incontinence, bedwetting, and toileting difficulties. Treatment often includes education, play-based exercises, breathing techniques, and strategies for proper toileting posture to support a child’s comfort, confidence, and independence.
