Brazilian lymphatic drainage is a specialized massage technique that gently stimulates the lymphatic system, which plays a vital role in the body’s immune and circulatory functions. The lymphatic system is a network of vessels and nodes that transports lymph—a fluid containing white blood cells, waste products, and excess fluids—throughout the body. Unlike the circulatory system, it relies on body movements, muscle contractions, and manual stimulation to move lymph fluid. Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is a full-body treatment that not only encourages fluid movement but also incorporates fascial techniques to support tissue health. Using quick, rhythmic, and gentle yet precise movements, it helps stimulate lymphatic flow, clearing excess fluids and toxins from the tissues, reducing inflammation, and supporting immune function. Originating in Brazil and now popular worldwide, this method is known for both its therapeutic health benefits and aesthetic results, such as reduced swelling and improved body contours.
A reflexologist applies gentle pressure to detect tiny deposits and imbalances in the feet and by working on these points can release blockages and restore the free flow of energy to the whole body. Tensions are eased and circulation and elimination improved. This completely safe and gentle therapy encourages the body to heal itself at its own pace.

Hot Stone therapy involves the use of smooth, heated lava stones applied to the body using long, flowing massage strokes. Deep heat from the stones allows muscle tissue to soften and relax, improving the overall benefits of the massage. The natural healing properties of the stones aid in the removal of toxins and clients often experience a state of peacefulness during hot stone treatments.

The lymphatic system helps your immune system in the detoxification process. It transports and cleans waste, dead blood cells, cancer cells as well as bacteria and viruses. Lymphedema occurs when the lymph is unable to drain properly from the affected tissues causing swelling or edema. Manual lymph drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage technique that stimulates lymph and fluid drainage accelerating the healin gprocess and improving the immune system. Consider this treatment if you have swelling due to injury, surgery, diabetes or cancer treatment. MLD will help decrease the swelling, reduce edema, and ease that 'heavy' feeling.

Massage Cupping is the combination of massage movements and negative pressure with the use of a suction device on the skin. The produced vacuum creates a suction effect that increases blood and lymphatic circulation systemically and to the local area, relaxes muscle tissue and support, draws stagnation, pathogenic factors and toxins out of the body and releases a myriad of pain causing factors.
