SaveI often think of counselling as a practice arena. Therapy can allow us to rework, correct, and rewire limiting life patterns. My primary modalities in counselling address the inner workings of our relational styles and help us understand and integrate the emotions which drive us. In session, I draw from counselling modalities such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy.
I specialize in grief both death and non-death-related losses as well as anxiety, self-esteem, depression, identity, burnout, and trauma.
I aim to help you tell your life story and live meaningfully according to your values.
