With over 6+ years as an RMT Amanda has had extensive experience treating a range of ailments from, anxiety/depression, sports-related injuries to postural imbalances. Chronic conditions like TMJ syndrome and specific injuries including sprains, strains, tendonitis, headaches, low back or neck spasms. She also has experience with pre/post natal and infant massage.
With an extensive knowledge in human anatomy, physiology, and manual therapy, Amanda offers an integrative approach to her treatments. She uses various modalities including, myofascial release and trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, muscle energy and cupping techniques. She prioritizes client education and injury prevention through individualized assessments, treatments, and home care exercises, to ensure the best results for her clients.
