Amanda is a graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where she gained clinical experience working with patients with headaches, chronic pain, neurological disorders and musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
Having experienced sports injuries herself, Amanda understands how important the recovery process is, and is very passionate about helping others return to optimal health and preventing dysfunction.
She aims to provide treatments that meet each individual’s needs or goals. Her treatments will include a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, gentle joint mobilizations, neuromuscular techniques, active and passive stretching, myofascial release, and IASTM.

(MLD) is a gentle, light-pressure skin massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to move lymph fluid and reduce swelling. It is not the same as deep tissue massage and is often used to treat lymphedema and swelling, especially after surgery or medical treatments.
