Amanda brings a unique perspective to her practice: *being a human is awe-inspiring. It can also be tough*. Dealing with chronic illnesses since she was a child, she’s always been fascinated by the mind-body connection and the unique and profound ways our bodies communicate with us.
Amanda’s warmth, honesty, and humor are guided by her values of curiosity, consideration, and authenticity. Amanda’s intention when you arise from the treatment table is this: *your body is a safe home for your spirit*.
Whether it be a combo of seemingly unrelated, nagging problems, or a specific issue like digestion, asthma, low immune function, arthritis, vertigo, headaches, or irregular cycles–the focus will be on relieving symptoms, addressing root causes, and bringing balance & ease back into your life.

If you're not into needles, we can do a quick 30 minute session with fire cupping and ear seeds to address musculoskeletal issues.
This 90 minute treatment is for patients who would like both front and back needles, extended cupping & tui na, or just extra time to chill out.
This 60 minute treatment will include a brief review of how you've been feeling, one set of needles, and one modality.
