Amanda is a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy, and her philosophy is simple: **Human First**. Every session is tailored to the person in front of her—no routines, no assumptions, just care that’s specific to your body, your nervous system, and your goals.
Amanda works with **all types of people:** professional athletes, recreational athletes of all ages and skill levels, children, and anyone who can benefit from thoughtful, evidence-informed massage therapy. Whether you’re dealing with pain, hoping to ease tight muscles, working on mobility goals, rehabbing an injury, preparing for competition, supporting recovery, or just needing to unwind, she’s here to help you **feel and function better**.
With a strong foundation in nervous-system–based care, Amanda specializes in therapeutic and **deep-tissue** massage, injury management, and sports massage. She is also trained in the world-renowned **Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage**, supporting clients with swelling, pre-surgery preparation, post-surgical recovery, inflammation, lymphatic congestion, injury, and more. Lymphatic massage also helps to **deeply relax the body**, offering gentle, restorative support for overall wellbeing.
Additionally, Amanda is certified in myofascial cupping, IASTM, **Rapid NFR** (Specialist), **post-concussion** syndrome management, and relaxation techniques. Her treatments blend skilled hands-on work with education, movement, and usually a little laughter.
Outside the clinic, Amanda enjoys martial arts, hiking and paddle-boarding adventures, camping, and spending time with her family.

RAPID NFR is a movement-based therapeutic technique that works with the nervous system to relieve pain, tension, and restrictions in muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Each session combines a thorough assessment with hands-on treatment, using precise tension and guided movements tailored to your body. While some movements may feel intense, this is part of retraining the nervous system to restore normal function and reduce pain. Many clients choose RAPID NFR for its rapid results—tight muscles relax, range of motion improves, and pain is often reduced quickly, helping you return to daily life faster. For comfort and ease of movement, please wear shorts with a t-shirt or a tank top with tights, as the technique is performed over clothing.
