Amanda was born and raised in New Westminster. She always led an active lifestyle participating in dance, volleyball, track, javelin, and competing at a provincial level in basketball. Amanda dedicated many hours to rehabilitation to overcome various sport-related injuries. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University with a focus in Active Health and Rehabilitation. Amanda went on to obtain her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. She continues to be active now, and can be found attending fitness classes at the təməsew̓txʷ Aquatic and Community Center!
Passionate about lifelong learning, Amanda has completed Level One of the advanced orthopaedic manual therapy certifications with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and is working towards Level Two. She is also undertaking further training in vestibular rehabilitation.
Amanda has experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities. Her treatment style focuses on personalized exercise prescription, education, and manual therapy. She utilizes a client-centered and evidence-based approach to help patients reach their goals and return to the activities that they love.
Outside of the clinic, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with family in addition to staying active through various sports, hiking, skiing, and running.

Includes a thorough orthopedic evaluation, video analysis of your running biomechanics, a discussion of our findings, and recommended next steps. Please book a subsequent physiotherapy visit one week after the initial assessment for continuity of care.
