Amandeep Gill is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Sacramento USA, and is committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.
Amandeep believes that every person’s story is unique. She strives to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. Her goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship founded on trust, collaboration, and respect—one that helps clients develop resilience, gain new perspectives, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

She has extensive experience working with children, adults, and couples facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. Whether clients are coping with anxiety, trauma, depression, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, or significant life transitions, Amandeep works collaboratively with them to develop practical strategies while fostering healing, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.
Her therapeutic approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s individual strengths, values, and goals. Drawing from evidence-based therapies, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based interventions, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and play therapy to provide care that is both compassionate and effective.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Amandeep is honored to work with clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. She values cultural humility and recognizes the importance of understanding each client’s unique lived experiences when providing care.
