Being a neurofeedback practitioner, I am excited to bring a non-pharmaceutical approach to improving brain health, mood, and cognitive disorders. By measuring and assessing real-time brain activity using an electroencephalogram (EEG), I can offer preventative and ongoing maintenance of the brain to help improve the devastating impact of mental illness. Neurofeedback offers a path to healing root issues versus only treating or masking symptoms. Neurofeedback fills essential gaps in the mental health system by providing a non-invasive, preventative treatment option that complements existing therapies.
Being neurodivergent, I’ve faced many challenges and on my journey I’ve found brain education to be one of the most powerful sources to help myself and others in my community.
