Amber (she/her) is originally from Canmore, Alberta and moved to the Maritimes in 2009 to pursue her studies at Dalhousie University. In 2019, Amber graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with Honours. She is grateful to have won the Academic Achievement Award for second highest GPA in her graduating class, and the MTANS Award for best exemplifying the qualities of a Massage Therapist. Amber is loving her journey as a Massage Therapist and is humbled by her current and future clients who allow her to be part of their wellness journey. Amber is a member in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS).
Amber is passionate about health care advocacy and providing a safer space for her patients. She continuously strives to make her treatment room and the health care field, more inclusive and accessible. She spent much of her studies focusing on injury rehabilitation, sports massage, and the assessment of dysfunction.
Amber’s massage treatments are customized to each patient but are known for being rhythmically soothing with medium and firm pressure. She loves blending the science of healing with the art of massage therapy into a transcending therapeutic treatment.

Expect approximately a 15 minute assessment and 60 minute treatment, give or take depending on the complexities involved. An initial assessment is required for all clients.

Beginning with a brief back massage, this treatment focuses on massage and lymph drainage to the face, neck, and scalp. A mix of facial gua sha, hot stones, and hydrotherapy is used for the ultimate self care treatment. *this treatment is not suitable for pregnancy*
