Amber Roberts has been practicing Massage Therapy in the Markham/Unionville area since 1996. These past several years have allowed her to develop an in depth knowledge, and skill in many areas of massage.
Amber aims to relieve underlying problems that cause discomfort or prevent the body from functioning properly. She has developed her own unique approach to treatment by interchanging specific deep tissue therapy with gentle Swedish massage techniques in a fluent, uninterrupted sequence. This approach to care enables her to incorporate a variety of soft tissue techniques that are effective in achieving restorative results without causing unnecessary discomfort for her clients.
Amber tailors treatment plans that are safe and effective in reducing fascial restrictions, trigger points, pain and adhesions while at the same time improving resting muscle tone and range of motion. Her clients have received favourable results in overcoming both acute and chronic ailments and injuries.
Whether the treatment goal is to recover from injury, aid in management of pain or maintain optimal muscle health, Amber's commitment to her clients is to deliver therapy that can help them attain the results they require and ultimately improve their quality of life.
