Amber has experienced many injuries and has had varying treatments, which has taught her that clients play an active role in their rehabilitation process. Thanks to this experience, she became fascinated with how manual therapies can help her to manage her own musculoskeletal concerns, and she wishes to be able to bring that knowledge and therapy to all of her clients. She wants them to feel heard and have their expectations met. Her ultimate goal is to create a patient centered environment.
As for treatment styles, she typically uses dynamic releases, deep pressure, neuromuscular techniques and myofascial release.
Outside of the treatment room, you can find her at Pilates studio, in nature and doing spiritual practices.
