Amey's journey as a Massage Therapist began with her graduation from the International Academy of Massage’s intensive program in 2016. Since then, she has built a reputation as a compassionate and skilled therapist, proudly holding her registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Amey’s approach to Massage Therapy is rooted in the belief that each person’s body has unique needs and requires personalized care. She specializes in therapeutic treatments, deep tissue, prenatal, postpartum, sports, and relaxation massage. Her expertise extends to helping clients overcome a range of issues, including work-related stress, injuries, low back pain, headaches, muscle tension, tendonitis, sprains and strains.
Understanding that Massage Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution, Amey is dedicated to working closely with each client to design sessions that are not only effective but also deeply restorative. She is passionate about empowering her clients to take charge of their wellness and live a more balanced life—whether they are seeking relief from pain or simply looking for time to unwind.
Outside of her practice, Amey is a proud mom of three, whose days away from the clinic revolve around family life—chauffeuring her kids to activities, engaging in imaginative play, and cheering them on at sports games and dance recitals. Her ability to balance the demands of both her personal and professional life is a testament to her passion for nurturing and caring for others.

During a postnatal treatment, your therapist will address issues in your pelvic floor and core muscles, as well as offer exercises to aid in the recovery of these soft tissue structures. This can help women who are suffering from incontinence issues, postpartum constipation, pain with intercourse or diastasis recti.

Postpartum breast care and lymphatic drainage can be used as a helpful tool to aid mothers who are suffering from issues while breastfeeding. Using superficial lymphatic techniques and taping, we help to clear blockages in the milk ducts that may result in stagnant milk flow, or lead to mastitis.
