Amr is a lifelong athlete with an unwavering passion for wellbeing and physical transcendence. Through competitive sport, Amr was drawn to the art of human movement, the mechanics and components that facilitate body transformation, functional movement optimization, and performance enhancement.
His career began 10 years ago pursuing a degree in Kinesiology and Health science becoming a fitness specialist using holistic, evidence based approaches to improving all aspects of one's health.
What drives Amr is getting each individual to their desired fitness level from their current state, becoming a beacon of support along that journey physically, mentally, and emotionally.
