My approach is slow and intentional. I focus on deep release of tense muscles and fascia while keeping nervous system regulation in mind. I believe in the power of slowing down and will often encourage patients to bring awareness to their breath as a way to deepen relaxation. My goal as a therapist is for my patients to feel heard and seen and to help them feel more at home in their bodies.
