Since my initial training in 2005 I have consistently sought out educational opportunities to expand my skill set. I have training and experience in a wide range of modalities including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, CranioSacral and Reiki therapies. I graduated from Sutherland-Chan in Toronto and have studied with Upledger and Esalen Institutes in the United States.
I enjoy working at all points on the spectrums of pressure and pace. When providing Deep Tissue massage I am able to work at an appropriate pace that allows the body to make the necessary therapeutic adjustments. Reiki and CranioSacral Therapies require keen attention to subtle shifts in the body. My guiding philosophy is that the key to an effective and satisfying massage is clear communication anchored in listening. Listening to your words and to your body’s response throughout the treatment. I believe that above all else your massage should be both effective and enjoyable.
