With her background in rugby and weightlifting Amy looks forward to bringing her unique perspective to her massage therapy practice.

Amy aims to educate patients on the power and resilience of the musculoskeletal system through treatment and client education.

Amy has a keen interest in Myofascial release techniques, muscle energy work and the use of cupping to help individualize her treatments based on clients needs.

When not at the clinic Amy can be found at the rugby field coaching or playing or at home in the yard with her dog Henry and fiancé Alex.
