Amy Gaudette(She/They) is a Registered Massage Therapist who is known for her attentive,
compassionate, and welcoming energy in the treatment space. Her approach blends deep
tissue work, trigger point release, PNF, scar tissue and adhesion frictioning, myofascial
techniques, and relaxing Swedish massage. Guided by her extensive knowledge of anatomy
and assessment skills, she creates individualized treatment plans tailored to each client. She
is certified in Cupping and IASTM (Instrumental assisted soft tissue mobilization). Committed
to inclusivity, she works with clients of all body types and backgrounds, empowering them
through both in-clinic care and home guidance to feel supported and respected throughout
their therapeutic journey.
Amy graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) as
Valedictorian of their class in 2023. As elected by CCMH faculty, Amy was awarded the
“Certificate of Excellence” presented by the Massage Therapy association of Nova Scotia.
Amy is now a Lead Instructor at CCMH, where she teaches clinical sciences, with a focus on
understanding common musculoskeletal conditions and guiding students in safe and
effective application of hands-on techniques.
Amy’s journey in movement and healing began in 2015 with Reiki Levels 1 and 2 and
expanded through the movement art of NIA (Neuromuscular integrative Action), Hatha yoga,
and Mystical dance training across Canada, India, and Thailand. Her dedication to strength
training led her to compete in her first powerlifting meet in Halifax in 2024, where she earned
a bronze medal. She now focuses primarily on mobility, stability, functional movements, and
hypertrophy training. This work complements her massage therapy practice, offering a
well-rounded approach to understanding and supporting strength, recovery, and overall body
awareness.
Amy’s 10+ years of experience in customer service, her time working in health care, and the
privilege of traveling have all shaped the way she connects with people. These experiences
have taught her how to listen deeply, hold space for others, and meet people where they are
- values that remain at the heart of her work today.
In Amy’s free time, she can be found cooking at home, camping, hiking, dancing to live
music, learning Salsa, or at the gym lifting weights. She remains steadfast in her pursuit of learning the art and science of the human body.

Book this service if you already had an initial Abdominal Therapy visit.
This approach of abdominal massage is based on the work of Dr. Rosita Arvigo and traditional Maya healers to address menstrual, reproductive and digestive imbalances. The treatment consists of a non-invasive external massage of your entire abdomen, back, hips and sacrum. The first visit begins with a comprehensive exploration of your personal health story and includes a demonstration on how to perform a self-abdominal massage.
Over the course of her career, Jenn has developed a love for building relationships with clients that encompass trust and wellness. She believes in the power of creating a supportive physical conversation with your muscular and connective tissue concerns. You can expect her treatments to engage your body in a challenging way to evoke change, but to respect that each body is unique and requires an approach that reflects these qualities. Jenn’s treatment repertoire includes myofascial stretching, trigger point release, deep tissue techniques, and craniosacral therapy. Whether you are contending with a specific injury, work-related postural strain, headaches, or simply wanting to encourage tissue health moving forward, Jenn can work with you to support positive outcomes.
For first time clients, this booking has time built in for the initial assessment with your therapist. This means your 60 minute treatment is exactly that - time spent on the treatment table receiving hands-on care.
During this therapeutic treatment the client will be fully clothed and seated comfortably in a massage chair. Please ensure you have completed the Heath History form by following the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
