Amy Harrison is a Registered Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work and over 15 years experience supporting individuals through a range of mental health and wellness concerns, including stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues, workplace mental health and life transitions. Amy holds a certification in perinatal mental health from Post-Partum Support International and has a special interest in working with individuals who are considering pregnancy, preparing for birth and/or parenting. Amy has completed foundational training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and holds registration with EMDR Canada.
