Hello my name is Amy, I am delighted to share a little about myself and my work.
I am a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula through Wise Woman Way of Birth as well as a Registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher with over 300+ hours of continuing education, including Y.O.G.A. for Youth Training. My interest in yoga and meditation grew from my own healing and spiritual evolution, now they are the base for many of my relaxation techniques and prenatal education. I am an active member of the Doula Services Association of BC and am currently working towards finishing a full spectrum pregnancy loss course. I am a certified Peristeam facilitator, reiki practitioner and do mediumship readings. I have always had a passion for learning and sharing holistic techniques to support our evolution as human beings.
