With over 15 years’ experience in Health, Wellness and Preventative Care,
with an extensive background as a Healthy Living Coordinator and then
furthering her career within Long Term Care, has led to her expanding into
her career as a Top-Level Massage Therapist.
Her years of experience in promoting wellness and preventative care,
combined with comprehensive health strategies to foster clients’ overall
well-being, she strategically integrates health and wellness into her
massage therapy treatments.
In her role as healthy Living Coordinator, Amy designed and implemented
wellness programs that encouraged youth and seniors to embrace
healthier lifestlye choices. She has worked closely in diverse populations,
tailoring programs to meet the unique goals and needs of each community
member. This experience allowed her to gain a broader depth of education
into how physical interaction through massage therapy compliments a
balanced healthy lifestyle.
During the time spent serving Long Term Care, Amy was focused driven
towards ensuring every patient was priority and the best individualized
care was provided to each patient’s individual needs. Her empathy,
compassion and understanding of their individual needs has helped her
better serve the population within the care facility, creating a welcoming
atmosphere.
Amy is a Registered Massage Therapist specializing in therapeutic and
restorative massage techniques, wellness-based massage to provide
balance and alleviate chronic pain. Her focus is towards her client’s well-
