SaveI became interested in Massage Therapy when I worked in a physiotherapy clinic. I noticed how the massage therapists seemed to really know their clients. Therapy is always a body/mind/spirit experience and massage is able to provide a safe space for all three. I love creating that safe space and, at the same time, create true body change through manual therapy. I graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary in 2012 and have been with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta since then. I live and work in Cochrane and am so thankful for this beautiful town. I have an amazing husband, two wonderful children and one very cute pup.
