Hi, I'm Amy!
I'm a massage therapist at Sylvan Lake Physical Therapy.
I studied at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and completed my 2200 hour diploma in January 2020. I am trained in deep tissue, therapeutic, prenatal, relaxation, sports massage and cupping therapy.
I am passionate about my work and love to help people with chronic pain, aches and overall discomfort caused by work or everyday life. I am always looking for ways to expand my skills and knowledge through new courses and training.
In my free time, I love being outside with my Italian greyhound, swimming, boating, paddle boarding, snowboarding, and playing music.
