Amy partners with people to optimize function, performance and wellbeing. She does this by working with people's whole being through the physical body in a way that value's and works with each person's uniqueness and experience that impacts posture and function.
She considers all body tissues, structures, systems and connections, working towards all moving in health. This includes working with tiny particle sensory receptors all over our body pick up information about what we experience and feel. They initiate messages that travel to our brain and effect how our brain makes our body’s tissues, including our muscles, function.
