Amy Simunic
SaveAmy is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Waterloo, followed by a Master of Professional Kinesiology from Brock University.
With a strong foundation in movement-based rehabilitation, she focuses on helping clients restore function, improve strength, and move with confidence. She has additional training as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and values a personalized, evidence-based approach to care. Her experience in multidisciplinary clinics has allowed her to work with a wide range of clients, from those recovering from injury or surgery to individuals looking to enhance performance and prevent future issues.
In her role, Amy also provides custom and off-the-shelf bracing solutions, supporting clients through every stage of recovery and return to activity.

A 15-minute introduction to the Active Aging class to go over structure, goals and how exercise-led sessions can be a helpful addition to promote an active lifestyle.
Certified Athletic Therapists are trained in the assessment, treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries (muscles, bones, ligaments and joints). We treat acute and chronic injuries with people of all ages. Athletic Therapists perform manual therapy, joint mobilizations, traction, active release, prophylactic taping, bracing as well as exercise prescription to facilitate your injury recovery. An Athletic Therapist's goal is to help clients return to their usual activities, whether that means playing competitive sports or walking down the street.
