Amy Weiner received her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2000. She then completed the Massage Therapy Program at the Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic, graduating in 2002. She has developed her career in massage therapy by taking courses in craniosacral therapy and muscle energy, and enjoys working with all populations.
She is experienced in treating a variety of conditions from whiplash to low back strain, headaches and fibromyalgia. She also provides treatment for a variety of activity related injuries such as hamstring strain, torticollis and tennis elbow, using light and moderate pressure.
Additionally, Amy has been an avid meditator for over 10 years and has a certificate in Foundations of Applied Mindfulness Meditation from U ot T's School of Continuing Education. Amy is delighted to apply her knowledge and experience as a massage therapist to Sutherland-Chan Leslie.

90 min Massage Therapy with Laser Treatment
Instead of the traditional soft tissue manual therapy, these remedial exercise appointments will focus on your biomechanics, strength, flexibility, form among other aspects of your movement. The goal(s) is to help achieve pain free movement, improve posture, balance, and better body awareness by reducing strain which helps prevent future injuries. Together we can build a holistic tool-box of exercises so no areas get overlooked.
