**About Amy:** Amy is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, is a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta, and has a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Amy’s counselling approach is client-centred, attachment-based, and trauma-informed. In her work with clients of all ages she draws on strategies from numerous therapeutic approaches to help her clients reach their goals, find meaning and purpose in their circumstances, connect to their inner strength and wisdom, and achieve overall wellness.
