AjouterAna is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta. Her treatments have a deeply relaxing and therapeutic approach, and incorporate a blend of modalities including myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, cupping and Thai techniques. With a special focus in abdominal and pelvic health, she loves providing support to clients with digestive, menstrual and fertility challenges, as well as pre and postnatal care.

Ana decided to pursue her education in Massage Therapy after experiencing diverse manual approaches to wellness during the years she lived and traveled in China, India and Thailand. She is passionate about her work and feels delighted to be involved in each of her clients’ healing journey, whether they're seeking to alleviate a specific discomfort and improve function or to restore balance to body and mind.

This approach of abdominal massage is based on the work of Dr. Rosita Arvigo and traditional Maya healers to address menstrual, reproductive and digestive imbalances. The treatment consists of a non-invasive external massage of your entire abdomen, back, hips and sacrum. The first visit begins with a comprehensive exploration of your personal health story and includes a demonstration on how to perform a self-abdominal massage.
