Ana is a Meditation Coach and R.M.T. graduated at the top of her class from Makami College in Edmonton, Alberta.
Her passion for helping people is a fundamental part on her success treating stress related concerns, injuries, acute and chronic pain with varied techniques, from deep tissue therapy to relaxation techniques.
Part of her education includes Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Fascial Cupping, Pre Natal and Infant Massage.
She has experience in different areas, from volunteering at sporting events, corporate event massage and working in clinical settings.
Besides Massage Therapy, Ana enjoys photography, going on walks with her three dogs and spending time with her family.
