AjouterAna is a Registered Social Worker and a co-founder of Nest Integrative Wellness. She is passionate regarding perinatal mental health, grief, and bereavement support, and has experience working with clients living with chronic medical conditions.
Ana supports individuals from a client-focused, anti-oppressive, and feminist lens and has experience providing intervention and advocacy in health care system navigation, resource finding, end-of -life planning, and mental health support. She has completed the Maternal Mental Health Professional Certificate Training through Postpartum International and is in the process of becoming certified in Perinatal Mental Health.
