I grew up in Maple Ridge, BC.
**What were you doing before pursuing RMT?**
Before pursuing RMT I was at SFU doing an undergrad in Health Sciences and working in administration at an RMT/ Physio clinic.
**Why do you want to be an RMT?**
I want to become an RMT because my previous experience in lab work made me realize I’m looking for a more interpersonal and patient-focused career. While working in administration at an RMT clinic, I had the opportunity to speak with many of my colleagues and learn about their experiences. I was drawn to both the flexibility of the profession and the satisfaction they described in helping patients progress through recovery.
**How do you like to spend your time outside of work/school**
Outside of work and school I like to run and hike.
**What is your favourite thing about VCMT?**
My favourite thing about VCMT is the closeness of the students.
