Over the past few years, Analena has transitioned from Health Sciences to a career in massage therapy, driven by her passion for a more holistic approach to care. Through community outreach, she has gained experience treating athletes and individuals with neuromuscular diseases, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injuries.
Currently enrolled at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Analena has a particular interest in craniosacral therapy and TMJ treatment.
With a background in competitive hockey, she now enjoys spending time in the ocean—whether kayaking or surfing.
