Anant completed his physiotherapy training in 2004, graduating from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy. He worked as a physiotherapist seeing a varied caseload and then decided to further his education in physiotherapy. Anant traveled to Sheffield, United Kingdom and attained his Master's in Physiotherapy specializing in Musculoskeletal and Cardio-respiratory Physiotherapy in 2006.
Following the completion of his Master's, Anant gained wide experience as a physiotherapist in India, Toronto and then Kamloops, where he worked mostly with sports, musculoskeletal and motor vehicle-related injuries including concussion management. He also has experience with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke and spinal cord injury both in the hospital and private clinic setting.
Anant continues to upgrade his education by completing various courses to ensure he maintains the most effective care for his patients. In 2015, he completed his certification in acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. He has also completed his Level 1 and Level 2 Dry needling from Kinetacore. Anant also has completed his Vestibular rehab Introduction and advanced courses.
