Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I am passionate about supporting you as you navigate through stress, frustration, and uncertainty. The journey to understanding these emotions and uncovering their roots doesn’t have to be done alone. In our empathic, non-judgmental therapy sessions, we’ll work together to identify and address the sources of your feelings, equipping you with tools to overcome them and build a more resilient, balanced life.
We will set personalized and meaningful goals that empower you toward rediscovering your true self. With 17 years of experience as a Chiropractor, I've seen firsthand how deeply our mental health impacts our physical health. Therefore, I have shifted my focus and career to include emotional and mental health in an effort to focus on holistic well-being.
Topics to discuss may include coping with everyday stressors, anxiety, depression, grief, navigating major life changes, nurturing healthy family dynamics, finding resilience after difficult experiences, and enhancing overall well being. I have a special interest in helping those recovering from domestic violence and those who are dealing with grief and loss.

This session offers a safe, supportive environment for couples to explore and address relationship challenges. Whether you’re navigating communication issues, intimacy concerns, trust, or conflict resolution, therapy can help rebuild connection and understanding. Using evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, and other modalities, we work together to strengthen your relationship, improve communication, and create healthier patterns. Couples therapy is for partners in any stage of their relationship – from those looking to deepen their bond to those seeking to repair after difficult times. No need to wait until things are "broken" – therapy can support growth at any stage.
EMDR is a structured therapy that helps people heal from trauma and emotional distress. When something overwhelming happens, our brain can get "stuck" in the experience, making it feel like the past is still happening now. EMDR helps the brain reprocess those memories so they feel more distant, less intense, and no longer interfere with the present. This approach uses gentle eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to support your natural healing process. Many people find relief more quickly than with talk therapy alone. If you're struggling with past experiences, anxiety, or feel emotionally triggered in ways that don’t make sense, EMDR may help.

Sometimes a good walk can help clear your head and when paired with therapy, it can do even more. Walk and Talk Therapy is just what is sounds like: a full therapy session, but instead of sitting in an office, or at a screen, we take it outside. Walking can also help ease anxiety, lift your mood, and spark insight. Whether you are looking for a more relaxed vibe, enjoy being outdoors, or just feel more comfortable moving while you talk, Walk and Talk Therapy offers a fresh, grounding way to support your mental health.
