Andrea’s passion for helping others, combined with her personal experience receiving therapeutic massage, led her to pursue a career in massage therapy. She attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax where she earned the “Wholistic Therapist Award” and graduated with honours. Since graduating, she has completed additional training in Cupping and Guasha. Andrea is committed to providing treatments that are not only effective but also empowering for her clients. Her treatments incorportates techniques such as general sweetish massage, myofascial release, therapeutic cupping, GuaSha, joint mobilizations, trigger point pressure release and intra oral massage for TMJD.
Originally from Fredericton, New Brunswick, Andrea moved to Halifax in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys long-distance running, painting, live music, and volunteering at Hospice Halifax.

A TMJ massage focuses on relieving pain and tension associated with the jaw. The muscles responsible for jaw movement often hold significant tension and can contribute to symptoms such as stiffness, clicking/ popping, reduced mobility and headaches.
