books, reading aloud and baking bread. Her second job is driving her kids all around the
province, country, and sometimes into the states for their many extra-curricular activities.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) uses specific massage techniques with slow movements, specific direction and very light pressure to assist our body to refresh and rejuvenate its fluid. It is not a muscular massage. It encourages the lymphatic system to absorb and transport lymph more effectively, as it works as a waste disposal unit, transporting toxins, bacteria, excess fluid and metabolic wastes produced by our cells, out of our bodies and boosting our immune system.
