I came to Massage Therapy through a long and active life. Being an avid mountain biker, skier and hockey player I appreciate the value of self care and the importance of treatment in healing from accident or injury. I have been a practicing RMT for 23 years. In that time I have taught at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and assisted the College of Massage Therapists. I spent 7 years as the Lead/Senior Therapist and the Logistic Manager of the BC Bike Race. I am outgoing and compassionate and use those blessings as a way to get to know my patients more fully. In doing so we can maximize the benefit of your treatments. You, your goals and your well-being are the centre of any treatment. With an evidenced based, goal oriented practice that focuses on you, my aim to help you improve, recover and thrive. When not treating I can be found riding the local trails, skiing the local mountains and stopping pucks at the local rinks. I look forward to helping you thrive.
