He brings a unique perspective with over 14 years of experience in the Canadian Armed Forces. Andrew’s journey into psychotherapy was inspired by witnessing the impact of operational deployments on his friends and colleagues, leading him to pursue a second career dedicated to helping others find purpose and meaning in their lives.

Andrew is passionate about providing support to those navigating major turning points, enduring long struggles, or simply seeking someone to listen without judgment. He understands that the process of healing and reaching out for help can be challenging, and his commitment is to ensure you feel listened to, respected, and understood.
Andrew specializes in working with First Responders and individuals in high-stress occupations, offering targeted support for those facing chronic stress, burnout, and trauma. His approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can work through their challenges and move toward a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Being outside, bike-packing, hiking, swimming, cooking and playing music help Andrew recharge and be able to bring the best to his family and clients.
