This appointment is for our amazing clients who we have not seen for over 5 months. **If it has been 1 year or more since your last visit please book a NEW PATIENT INITIAL ASSESSMENT.** A lot can change in that time and we want to provide you with the best care possible. During this appointment your physiotherapist will take the time to understand what you're currently experiencing. Based on the results of your assessment, your therapist will create a personalized treatment plan just for you!

Fascial release treatment is a hands-on technique used to address restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, and organs. Nadia will apply various sustained pressure to specific areas of the body to release tension and improve mobility. This approach aims to reduce pain,enhance range of motion, down regulate the nervous system and promote overall functional improvement by restoring balance to the fascial system. This treatment does not require any undressing. Because Nadia is a Physiotherapit, this can be covered under your physiotherapy benefits.

Treatment could include manual therapy, education, exercise prescription, mindfulness training, or acupuncture (dependant on practitioner) *Note if it has been more than 4 months since your last visit, a re-assessment is required*

This appointment is for all NEW clients to our clinic for a GENERAL physiotherapy including: Sports injuries: Treating sprains, strains, fractures, and other injuries related to physical activity. Post-surgical rehabilitation: Helping patients recover from orthopedic surgeries, such as hip or knee replacements. Chronic pain: Managing conditions like osteoarthritis, back pain, and other musculoskeletal pain syndromes. Overuse injuries: Treating conditions like tendonitis, bursitis, and repetitive strain injuries. Fractures: Assisting with the healing and rehabilitation of fractures. Dislocations: Helping restore joint stability and function after a dislocation. Muscle strains and joint sprains: Providing treatment for these common injuries.
