Anesto is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a proud member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA/OSTCAN). With a strong foundation in health sciences, Anesto completed his Bachelor of Sciences (Spec. Hons.) in kinesiology and health sciences at York University in 2019 with distinction, setting the stage for his journey into the world of osteopathy.
Driven by his passion for the human body and holistic well-being, Anesto pursued his Masters in Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, graduating in 2023. His pursuit of knowledge and expertise is reflected in his extensive training, totaling over 4200 hours in classical osteopathy, complemented by 1000+ supervised clinical hours.
Anesto's mission is deeply rooted in his desire to make a difference in the lives of others. He is dedicated to helping people live pain-free and feel their absolute best. His approaches involve gentle techniques similar to stretching that addresses all tissues (muscles, bones, fascia, organ) and improves the relationship between structures. Through manual therapy, he focuses on correcting structural imbalances in the body's tissues, promoting optimal blood flow and appealing to the nervous system, thus optimizing the function of all body systems. If the body is a machine, you could think of Anesto as a mechanic aiming to help his patient's thrive.
Anesto's expertise extends across diverse populations, including athletes at every level. His experience working with people from all walks of life has honed his ability to provide individualized holistic approaches tailored to the collective mechanics of his clients.
Beyond his professional commitments, Anesto leads an active lifestyle. He believes in practicing what he preaches, staying fit through exercises, and engaging in sports like basketball and volleyball.
