Hello,
My name is Angela, and I am a Registered Acupuncturist based in Squamish, BC, and a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Dr. TCM) candidate in British Columbia.
I completed my clinical training in both Vancouver and Taiwan, including an internship at Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital, where I gained hands-on experience in integrative, patient-centered care.
My work focuses on restoring balance within the body to support healing, regulate the nervous system, and improve overall function. Treatments are individualized and precision-based, integrating acupuncture with cupping, gua sha, auricular acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, tuina massage, teishin and breathwork to address underlying imbalances and support whole-body health.
I have a focused clinical interest in both pain and injury recovery, as well as internal medicine conditions. This includes supporting neurological health, TMJ dysfunction, concussions, sports and motor vehicle injuries, and general body pain, alongside a strong emphasis on female health, digestive concerns, thyroid disfunction and insomnia. These areas of practice are deeply interconnected, and my goal is to treat both the root cause and presenting symptoms to create lasting change.
I am also deeply passionate about supporting the elderly community, helping patients maintain mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through gentle, effective care.
Before transitioning into Traditional Chinese Medicine, I spent 17 years in the dental field, which continues to inform my work—particularly in the treatment of head, neck, and jaw-related conditions.
My path into this medicine was shaped by my own healing journey, where I experienced firsthand the impact of TCM. That experience continues to guide my approach, allowing me to support patients with both clinical skill and genuine understanding.
If you are looking to restore balance, feel more grounded, and support your body’s natural ability to heal, I welcome you to begin your care here.
