To give you a little snapshot of who I am when I'm not holding a clipboard - I like to call myself a social introvert, and in the summer you'll likely find me on the softball field playing for the same team, or on a patio somewhere.
I have my very own ADHD hobby graveyard and cycle through everything from cross stitch to puzzles. I have a bit of an oddball sense of humour and I'm fluent in memes.
I'm a millenial therapist, of course I've seen that same Tiktok! So, have a seat on my comfy couch and we'll talk about what it brought up for you.
