AjouterAngela is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, offering a collaborative space for those navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her person-centered approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, allowing her to flexibly adapt her interventions to each client's unique strengths. Drawing from her upbringing in a Canadian Armed Forces family, she provides culturally sensitive care tailored to the specific challenges faced by veterans and military families. Additionally, her lived experience with neurodivergence and 25 years of professional office experience allow her to build rapport quickly while maintaining a deep understanding of complex family dynamics. Outside of the clinic, Angela is a dedicated mental health advocate who finds balance through creative pursuits and time spent in nature.

Service navigation appointments can help determine if our clinic would be a good fit for you and explore services that you may consider receiving. This is to discuss services we have available and help guide next steps.
This group is for ages 10-15. Focus on interpersonal skills, communication, emotional regulation, problem solving, mental health and, most of all, having fun while safely gaming! We require a minimum of 3 participants to run the group. Please email or call for same day registration. OAP eligible. Facilitated or supervised by a Regulated Health Professional which may be eligible for insurance coverage.

Educational session for newly diagnosed ADHD, Autism and/or OCD of all ages. Topics covered: financial supports available, service navigation, educational/employment accommodations, medical navigation and more. 45-60 minutes of educational material and the remainder will be Q&A. ***If you obtained your assessment/diagnosis through Dimensions Centre, you may attend ONE session free of charge. Please get in touch with intake@centre-dimensions.hush.com to have the session discounted.
