Educational session for newly diagnosed ADHD, Autism and/or OCD of all ages. Topics covered: financial supports available, service navigation, educational/employment accommodations, medical navigation and more. 45-60 minutes of educational material and the remainder will be Q&A.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
