This group is for ages 10-15. Focus on interpersonal skills, communication, emotional regulation, problem solving, mental health and, most of all, having fun while safely gaming! We require a minimum of 3 participants to run the group. Please email or call for same day registration. OAP eligible. Facilitated or supervised by a Regulated Health Professional which may be eligible for insurance coverage.

This group is open to all ages. Join us each week for the Thrive Movement Group, where we cultivate a fun and inclusive environment for all participants. Our sessions emphasize movement while adapting games, activities, and communication to meet diverse needs. We engage in sports, obstacle courses, and interactive games, ensuring that everyone can participate and enjoy the experience. This group encourages mindfulness by incorporating breaks to check in with our bodies, addressing needs such as hydration, rest, or relaxation. Our goal is to foster a supportive atmosphere where everyone can move, play, and connect at their own pace.
