Hi! I am a physiotherapist passionate about helping people move well!
Originally from Vancouver, I moved to Toronto to experience everything this vibrant city has to offer. I recently completed my Master of Clinical Science in Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Western University, and have officially completed my FCAMPT designation!
My physiotherapy practice focuses on delivering personalized care that empowers each individual to reach their goals and to feel their best. My approach involves a holistic blend of education, manual therapy, and exercise therapy to support meaningful change.
Certifications: Clinical Pilates (reformer, matwork, trapeze table, Wunda Chair), AN-IMS (Dry Needling), AIMS Level 1
My physiotherapy specialty and interest includes treating: Office workers, Pre and post op rehabilitation, Acute and chronic low back pain
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy taking fitness classes, strength training, cafe-hopping, and enjoying wine and sweet treats!
