She has completed advanced training in myofascial cupping and enjoys using cupping therapy to improve treatment results and address soft tissue restrictions. Anica grew up in Winnipeg's Transcona community. She enjoys strength training, movement, and staying active. Her personal interest in health and wellness helps her relate to the physical challenges many clients face. This understanding shapes the supportive, client-focused care she aims to provide.
