Anika Gupta, RCC
I’m Anika Gupta, M. Sc. (Psychology), RCC a Registered Clinical Counsellor, dedicated to creating a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative space for healing, recovery, and growth. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and life transitions—and I have specialized experience in concussion counselling and post-concussion emotional support.
My approach is client-centred and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based practices. I am certified in the Medical Professional Concussion Awareness Training Tool through UBC, equipping me to help clients manage the emotional and psychological impacts of concussion, including mood changes, fatigue, anxiety, and identity disruption.
